A compact kitchen is going to be similar to what you would find in a small condo or townhouse. Typically an L shape with less than 16 linear feet of cabinetry/countertops
Premium remodel starting at $39,999, Custom remodel starting at $59,999
Standard: 10’ x 10’ (~1500sqft home)
A standard size kitchen is most common in larger townhomes and smaller single story homes. Can be L shaped or U shaped. 10x10 is used as the universal standard for kitchen package estimating.
Premium remodel starting at $54,999, Custom remodel starting at $84,999
Expanded: 10’ x 15’ (2000-2500sqft home)
Expanded kitchens are typically found in larger 3bd and 4ba homes. They typically will include a smaller island and sometimes a small pantry.

Entertainers: 20’ x 20’ (2500-3500sqft home)
The entertainers kitchen is usually found in larger single family homes and most commonly in open concept floorplans. These typically include a larger island with dedicated seating along with a walk in pantry.

Luxury: 20’ x 30’ (3500+sqft home)
Luxury kitchens can vary in size. These typically start at 500sqft and go up from there.
